I know, I haven't been updating my blog for a while, but work at school just got a little out of hand.
I'm still working on the quotes to the left of this blog, and I'll have to change my original plans...
Also I'll try to update the linkls to the right, as I'll try to raise standards a little... They're comic links I had floating around for a while now...
Which pessis me off though, is the fact my scanner ( HP scanjet 4400c ) doesn't work in OSX (the new mac OS).
It seems HP is selling SCSI scanners with a built-in adaptor as genuine USB scanners.
Which means they aren't "really" USB, and the newer computers won't be able to work with them.
BOYCOTT Hewlett Packard!
Thanks to them, scanning and uploading pictures takes ages! (I have to reboot every time in the older OS 9...)
Meanwhile, I've added myself to their notify list to stay tuned to driver updates (which were said to come out a year ago)... still zippity-doo-dah, but now I *DO* get info on scanner drivers that *DO* come out...
Well: so much for "quiet", I guess.

Is to try and try again!
I've finally been able to write my first own javascript for my site (the online comics menu excepted), so I learnt quite a few tricks.
From today on, EVERY day of the year will print a new "daily quote", with the author mentioned!
Yay!
I'm returning now to my comic work, so you can finally learn what I'm trying to make a living off... 8)

I'm really getting frustrated at this point...
My work has ground down to a near halt, and the weekend has gone by...
I'm going to try uploading my pages now, but things are slipping through the lines of code I wrote to try and protect them...
Well... whatever...

I'm still busy working on my first *insert working title here* page, but it *will* get posted today, if everything goes a-okay: Still a little tired after having spent a long night at a friend's place, watching DVD's.
Seems as if my head wants to get up an' sprint, while my legs feel like lead, but as long as the brain is running...
I'm now trying to add some more functionnality to this blog, but it's going slowly... In the right column I added some online comic links, so I could easily use them myself... Hope I haven't overdone it ;) (yet!) Now I'm testing my last-modified script... Still testing...

One of these days, I'm going to start a comic story I'm working on at the moment. Before the end of May, it should be complete (46 pages planned), and it should feature ink, lettering & full color (Yay!).
First installment is planned for this weekend, so get ready to rumble!!!

To anyone reading this:
It is possible (though more strenuous) to host your images on a different server (as fast as possible) and build your blog on this one!
Freeware customised blogging is taking root!

Okay, this is the deal: whenever my heavily charged agenda permits it, I'll try to upload some images, and you can watch these *FROM* this Blog!
Which means things won't get as heavy as the guys at tBlog fear, of course, while still being able to start a freeware comics blog :wink:
